1. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure and to be responsible for activity carried out under your account. You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country of residence.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes
• Harass other participants or post content that is offensive or infringing
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
• Interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the Services

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the Services, such as challenge names, notes and progress entries. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content to you and to the participants you choose to share it with.

4. Availability and changes

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the Services for maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to info@paduventure.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paduventure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Paduventure Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
